It is the year 2011, and the LGBT Community has gained their rights, but still face discrimination and abuse by everyone else. Everything is segregated, like what happened in the early 1900s to the African Americans. One man, by the name of Bruce Heshner, decided he wanted a place where everyone of the LGBT Community could live in peace and harmony, for the rest of their lives. After having spoken to both the Federal Government, and Tennessee's State Government, he was granted the right to form his own town in Tennessee. He calls it, The Town of Silence. Every town always has secrets, drama, lies, all of that good stuff, and The Town of Silence is not an exception. People still run around spreading rumors and causing chaos amongst everyone, just like a normal town. The Town of Silence, is an LGBT based website. It is a place for LGBT people to come together and live in perfect peace and harmony, away from the hatred and abuse of other people. Of course, straight characters are allowed, but homophobic ones are prohibited, as are transphobic characters. Not everyone's life is peaceful, and there is always drama that starts up amongst the people, usually with the teenagers. Every town has a secret. Maybe you will find out this town's secret. We are a beginner - advanced role play site, so everyone of all levels has the chance to role play.
